If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
